Ingredients

Take hot milk in a glass or a jug.
Add Turmeric Ghee, maple syrup/sweetener and a pinch of black pepper.
Use a mini electric frother to mix the ingredients in Milk and froth it up.
Milk can again be heated if desire it very hot.
Pour in a drinking glass or a cup. Relish..
TIP: Turmeric is known to fight chronic inflammation and is a very potent antioxidant. Black pepper enhances the turmeric absorption in the body.
