Prepare with grating sweet potatoes. I grate on the finer side of the grater, as it binds well and cooks quicker.
Add flour, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mix like a dough. Make flat shape like a hash brown is, should make 10-12.
Take a skillet, or a pan with lid, and glaze with 1 tbsp ghee, on moderate heat.
Add them to the Ghee glazed pan and cover to cook. Keep flipping sides and flattening too, with turner spatula to cook the core well.
Each side takes approx. 3-4 min depending on the grating size.
Tip: These sweet potato hash browns are good as a sandwich patty too, accompanied with salads and sauce of choice
