In a pan , take ghee and allow it to heat.
Now add fox nuts and toast while flipping and turning with a spatula, till these start to lightly brown and toast. Should take no more than 7-8 minutes on medium to high flame.
Try one to see if it is crispy and not raw. Cook till these have the desired crispness.
Tip: It is a beautiful gluten free and grain free snack which has a lot of health benefits too. You can toss nuts, coconut shavings and any seed you fancy, alongside fox nuts to make this snack more wholesome.
