In a bowl whisk egg, milk, cinnamon ghee, maple syrup and vanilla essence together.
Remove the mix in a flat dish with sides, to enable soaking in the bread slices.
Soak bread slices on both sides till fully coated.
Take a skillet, or a pan and glaze with minimalist cinnamon ghee, on moderate heat.
Add soaked bread and pan fry till brown on both the sides.
TIP: for a more sumptuous cinnamon-ghee flavour, add a tea spoon on top while serving and soak in..!
